Veyrath Terms of Use

By creating an account or playing Veyrath, you agree to these terms and the community standards. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Online Game Service

Veyrath is an online persistent role-playing game. Gameplay connects to Veyrath's online services, and service availability may vary during beta testing, maintenance, updates, or incidents.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account. Do not share access, impersonate others, evade moderation, exploit bugs, or use automation that harms the service or other players.

User Content

Character names, messages, reports, and other player-submitted content must follow the Veyrath Community Standards. We may reject, remove, or review user content and may restrict accounts to protect players and the service.

Store Purchases

Veyrath offers a limited set of one-time direct purchases through Stripe-hosted Checkout: permanent account-wide text cosmetics and a one-use character name-change service. Veyrath does not sell subscriptions, premium currency, loot boxes, gameplay power, story or expansion access, origins, classes, progression, inventory, slots, or account capacity. Prices, scope, and applicable taxes are shown before payment.

A completed payment is fulfilled to the signed-in Veyrath account after server validation. A refund, payment reversal, or lost dispute may revoke the associated unused digital grant. A consumed name-change service cannot be restored as an unused token merely by deleting or changing the account. This does not limit any refund or consumer rights required by applicable law.

Account Deletion

You may delete your Veyrath account in the app. Account deletion does not automatically refund purchases. Review purchase history through the Veyrath store and contact Veyrath Support for receipt, fulfillment, or refund assistance.

Beta Changes

During beta, Veyrath may change mechanics, balance, content, store entitlements, moderation tools, and backend behavior. We will avoid unnecessary data resets, but persistent world data may be repaired when required for safety, security, or stability.
